Responsibilities

  • Work with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts
  • Producing models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors
  • Delivery of competitor analysis, market trends and associated commentary to the Leadership team
  • Analysing financial and operational results to better understand company performance
  • Conducting timely and relevant business analytics.
  • Communicate to senior management the reasons behind the product/department performance and results
  • Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost centre results
  • Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives
  • Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts
  • Evaluating previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets
  • Communicating results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations
  • Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts, and profitability

Qualifications

  • Ability to manage and make decisions about competing priorities and resources
  • Ability to understand system interrelationships and dependencies
  • Strong oral written and interpersonal skills for interacting and throughout all levels of the organization
  • Advanced Excel and financial reporting software
  • Ability to collaborate with upper management to organize, plan and achieve company financial goals
  • Confident to present results to Client
  • Able to adapt to changes quickly
  • Good over the Phone/ Virtual meetings
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Well-equipped in accounting, tax, and finance jargon
  • Self-Directed
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Open to growing rapidly
  • Well organized
  • 6 to 10 years of experience
  • Bachelors/master’s in commerce, Accounting, Professional qualification is a plus.
