AG FinTax is looking for a Senior AI Automation Engineer to lead AI implementation across Tax, Accounting, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Business Operations.

Responsibilities
- 5+ years of Python development experience
- Strong experience with Agentic AI & AI Agents
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama)
- Expertise in Prompt Engineering & AI Workflow Design
- LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar frameworks
- RAG, MCP & AI Tool Calling
- FastAPI/Django, REST APIs & Webhooks
- PostgreSQL/MySQL & Vector Databases
- Docker, Git & AWS
- n8n, Make.com or workflow automation tools
- AI-assisted (“vibe”) coding using Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf or similar tools
- Strong understanding of business processes and automation
