Responsibilities

Preparation and review of US business tax returns (1065, 1120, 1120S)
Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns.
Team Management
Communicate with clients
Organize and update the tax database
Record tax entries into accounting software
Understand and apply tax reduction strategies
Preparation and/or review of financial statements

Qualifications

3 years of Business Tax Experience is a Must
Proven work experience as a Tax Senior/Tax Associate
Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
Computer literacy, numerical skills, and attention to detail
